Hello and thank you for visiting my site. My name is Francine, or Fran for short. I am a San Francisco Bay Area based Designer specializing in visual communication and design for the built environment. My services include design and development of: environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding programs, donor recognition displays, exhibit and event graphics, interpretive graphics, digital illustrations, logos, patterns, maps and occasionally printed collateral.

I work on a wide range of project types and maintain involvement throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from concept and design development through to production, documentation and quality control. With over twenty-five years in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of design firms and collectives, as well as personal clients. My portfolio showcases a sampling of work done in all these capacities and reflects my experience in a diverse range of sectors and stylistic expressions.
